Yes, like all radiation from the sun, UVA is essentially zero whenever the sun is below the horizon. It’s not quite as peaked to noon values as UVB, but more so than visible. BTW, I really enjoyed your talk at the Skin Cancer Conference in Brisbane last year 🙂.
